An individual with a high communication skills and emotional & social intelligence with the ability to
motivate and manage resources to ensure a quality and timely sustained manner. A Project manager
is expected to execute account strategy, develop leads, and supporting the pursuit of new
opportunities and managing relationships with clients.
The Project manager is responsible for playing a pivotal role in the development of fashion lines
and creative strategies with the client, with the primary function of running an account smoothly
through processes in design & production. A project manager must show leadership and drive-in
thinking of innovative solutions to business/ strategic problems and in merchandising ProudX services,
particularly Brand Stewardship.
• To have thorough working knowledge of all consultancy systems
• To ultimately be responsible for ensuring work is produced on time and within budget
• To represent ProudX and be the company’s point of contact for all administrative requests/ issues
• To foresee any client issues/questions or internal resourcing issues before they arise.
• To be the production/ fashion teams’ main day to day contact, providing direction on creative briefs and
generating enthusiasm/trust from the team with which they work
• Should master a range of presentation techniques and considers the most appropriate and inspiring
way to sell each piece of work
• To Manage the company’s billing system to overcome any problems that may arise
• Estimate generation & Invoice management
• Profitability improvement through estimate and invoice management
• Regular client contact - call before called
• Creation and Management of project timelines
• Writing simple briefs on designing/ production and content projects
• 3 years of experience in an Project Management position
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and high levels of integrity and confidentiality
• Fluent in Arabic and English: spoken and written
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize heavy workloads and remain calm under
pressure
• Strategic approach with high levels of business acumen
• Advance project management skills
